Daniel Kashani is the founder and CEO of TriStar Realty Group, a privately held, real estate development, investment and management company based in Los Angeles. He received his business degree from California State University Northridge and obtained his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville.

Pam Kessler has over 25 years of real estate experience with demonstrated expertise in developing, leading, and executing capital markets and financial planning. She joined LTC Properties in 2000 and has served as the CFO since 2007, and Co-President since 2020.

Nancy Norris received her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Alabama and attended graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania.
