Allison is a member of the Board of Governors of Providence Tarzana and a multimillion-dollar donor to the hospital.

What motivates your desire to give back?

Each day the sun will rise and the moon will come out. In between, we have control over how the day unfolds. You can’t always fix it when a person is suffering and too often we stand by helplessly, but we don’t have.

Why are you supporting the medical center? 

It is my community hospital. I was treated for breast cancer there, my beloved father peacefully passed there, and every member of my family has been treated there.

Why did you agree to join the foundation board?

To help raise money for the Tarzana Reimagined project and support our community.
